Okay, I believe I ended the previous drop with something along the lines of what if this current work, business, body of work that you are sitting with isn't yet its fullest expression. So that, of course, begs the question: how does the next expression actually arrive? I am excited to dive in today with you on this. I have subbed out my public yoga classes next week, and this is relevant, and I'm gonna tell you why. Somebody asked at the end of class the other night when I announced that, oh, where are you going? Like assuming I'm on vacation or traveling or whatever. And I laughed and said, I'm staying in town. I'm just microdosing samsara. This is what I mean. I am taking next week to create the conditions for more insight around my ghost ranch version of supernatural sutras as a winter solstice offering to arise. Now, I say that all the time. We're gonna get into that here today. So next week, a hundred percent, I'll be over here, party of one, creating the conditions to simulate for myself the exact journey that I will be sharing with you all. Some of you have already booked. I cannot freaking wait to be with you in the high desert of New Mexico later this year, because I will be sharing live there some of the experiences I have gleaned throughout a life, like all of us of Samsara, micro birth, life, death, rebirth again on this near incessant cyclical repeat. And next week I am a thousand percent doing this to myself intentionally, so that anything I'm working on that is ghost ranch related is coming from that energy. You can already imagine this is gonna have a very different frequency and literal vibe from me sitting in my office trying to, like I talk about often, furrowed brow, trying to just force creation when we both know it does not work like that. This is how I meet my work. This is how for me I create the conditions for that expression to arrive. The expression that we talk about. What if your current offer suite, business model, et cetera, over there isn't yet it? It isn't. I'm certain of it, and I'm excited for you because of that. So the conditions for revelation is in part what we're talking about today. Okay, we already know your work works beautifully. It is impactful, transformative, life-changing. Your people tell you that. You know that. Amazing. So the question isn't whether a further, deeper expression exists. Of course it does. The question is, how does it arrive? Bodies of work, your body of work will not reveal itself because we become more productive. In fact, like the second that starts is when everything tends to get a lot headier and hustle-oriented and harder, if not outright conflicting, almost like your work is allergic to you in that state. And I hope for everybody's sake that it actually is. Your body of work actually reveals itself in its next iteration, its next expression, when you are willing to create the conditions through which it can arise. Your next expression of your body of work reveals itself when you are willing to create the conditions through which it can arrive. So let's talk about this because the conditions, of course, fluctuate. What doesn't, however, is you and your stewardship, you in your leadership, and you knowing that conditions fluctuate, which is exactly why you are going to curate them to a degree. All right. So in a nutshell, the conditions will always fluctuate. However, your stewardship does not waver. Now, what if stewardship isn't just about the decisions that you make? We see a lot of discussion in the online space about decision making. And I love to talk about to my clients and I love myself to employ what I call the swift sword of discernment so that decision making becomes energetically clean, clear, and empowered. And what if stewardship is not just about those decisions? What if stewardship is also about the conditions that you curate, that you hold as your standard, and that you protect as such, that may be the first step in the evolution, the arrival of the next deeper, more embodied expression of your work. So, what this in my mind removes for you, and this changes everything. And if we have worked together at length, likely inside of Fire of Transformation Mastermind, you have mastered this piece. If we have not yet worked together and this feels elusive, message me for an intensive and we will begin. Essentially, you have to get to stop toggling between business over here and being over here, to stop toggling between all my mystical and spiritual practices over here that you then promptly forget to apply to your business because that seems very material 3D. And vice versa. You get to stop toggling between living your most expressed life and then low-key shutting off that life force valve when you sit down to create in your work. You can already hear, oh my gosh, all of those things need to be co-creating. All of those things need to be mutually amplifying. Yes, yes, yes. Not toggling between your revelation and the minutiae happening over here in your inbox. I could go on. You get the idea. So essentially, when we work together, we discover very quickly you really need more strategy. If you're listening to this, you already know the strategy. You know what you want to do, need to do, how to advance your work in these different degrees at different points in time, depending on what you're prioritizing, etc. I am willing to bet that the next fullest expression of your work does not need a lot in the way of more strategy either. Strategy, and I spoke about this in a different way in a previous drop. Strategy can be something that it's very easy for us to hide behind and thus blame if and when shit doesn't go exactly to our preference, right? Because, well, I did all of the things. Well, I did just the way the checklist said, I did the funnel map, you know, insert whatever 3D expression here that is the strategy. The alternative that is much more expansive and initiatory is cultivating yourself as a steward, truly embodied steward, willing to create an ecology for your work where that expression can actually arrive. You can imagine, you can hear and feel it being very difficult for the next expression of your body of work to show up when you're on hour four behind a computer screen with your eyes bleeding, like effing around in Canva or somebody's $47 downloadable email funnel. I don't know what. Right? I love these examples. And I'm laughing because I relate, because I know you relate because she is all of us at any given time. Right. So you get to have to get to evolve beyond toggling between all of this stuff that is really an energetic suck at best. Like it's very energetically vampiric from my experience. So continuing this along, you know, we know you don't need more strategy. Okay, what then? So I have shared this recently because this is a recent beloved client and dear friend who booked in with me for an intensive, and she came in thinking, how are we gonna make a new group program? Something along those lines. This is somebody who's been in the teaching and facilitating space for 16 years, incredibly successful, established, etc. And no matter, even with all of that experience and expertise, she too had gotten stuck in the okay, surely this is a strategy situation. Surely a revamped offer will change everything for me, right? No. The conversation we had had nothing to do with creating this different offer as much as it was her embodying a larger expression of her work. And then, yeah, we can like change a couple things on your sales page. But the bigger, deeper piece is that your body of work isn't just invented out of thin air from your cerebral thinking mind, right? It's recognized, it expresses itself. There's a spirit to that entirety of your business. And our responsibility and stewardship is creating the conditions for that to even avail itself, right? Otherwise, we are blowing through a to-do list, perhaps at breathtaking speed. With if I were to ask you right now, very little to show for it, or some things are quote, not working. I wish you could see my dramatic air quotes I'm doing over here. So know that we are creating the conditions at any given time for the actual next expression of your work to arise. So I ask you right here and now, how are you listening to this? How are you receiving this? Look around you. What are you doing? You might be at your desk, in the carpool line, in a bath, on a walk, whatever. But whatever it is going on, knowing that also we are obviously 3D householding beings with a freaking litany of life to manage. But are the conditions ripe for this greater expression to arise? Now, when we feel into that, when we feel into okay, get me beyond this like mental toggle or like mental, how many freaking tabs do I have open of life over here and business over here? When you arrive at this state, this full expressed body of work, you simply have different expressions of the same prayer. I have been talking about this in well, here in the audio drops channel in my content, in my emails as of late. Many expressions, one prayer. Yoga would say truth is one, paths are many. Amazing. Now, when it's about my business, for example, this is at any given time, I am doing the same thing via teaching yoga, teaching fellow yoga teachers to also teach, via mentoring and consulting spiritual business owners like yourself, via facilitating rich experiential um sojourns in places like Ghost Ranch, New Mexico at the end of this year, via this channel of audio drops, fire transformation mastermind, on and on and on and on and on. These are not separate projects for me. Let that land because I just rattled off a heck of a lot. These are not separate projects for me. This keeps it so energetically, not just efficient, streamlined and aligned, because these are not separate projects. These are all extensions of the same devotional center of mine, of my desire to steward profound transformation in the world. So this is where I talk about Hanuman all the time. This is where Hanuman comes in. Chest ripped open, arms wide, do that. If you're able to make that physical gesture right now, do it. Feel that, even just that shift in your physicality versus like shrimp mode over the computer or steering wheel or wherever you may be receiving this. These are your arms wide, and this is resonant because you already know the arms, the hands, the fingers, all extensions of the heart, the heart chakra, right? All of your work iterations are expressions of the same heart. That's what we're doing here. This is what I am deeply invested in and interested in on your behalf that you already know transcends. Oh, let's make you a new email funnel. Like talk about bleeding eyes. Am I right? Rather, you're creating from a bleeding heart, but not unchecked. Nuance, you get it. Okay. So in creating the conditions for all of this to arise, you are curating to a degree your state. This is not always possible, and it's certainly not always possible around the clock if you are like we are householders, right? And this is 100% why I have subbed out my public yoga classes next week so that I can be over here creating for myself the actual journey that I'm gonna take myself through, party of one, and then pull from that what I will facilitate that is absolutely a death to rebirth to life cycle in New Mexico this December. So I mentioned, you know, the threshold that's next for you is likely not more strategy. The next chapter for you, not more just tactics. I mean, no thank you to more tactics. Rather, it's you honoring the state, creating the timing for that state to arise enough so that this next expression can actually reveal itself to you. Okay, so I open this drop with you know us asking the question, okay, what's next? How do I get to the next thing? How do I know it's the next thing? What should I create next? This, like, I call it the insatiable more monster. And I don't think what should I create next is the question, because in that question, you've already outsourced it, right? You've left the building. The invitation gets to be what conditions will allow the next expression of what has already been entrusted to me so far to reveal itself? I'm gonna say that again. What conditions will allow the next expression of what is already entrusted to me to come forth? To come forth. Like I shared in in my client mention around our intensive work together was not about the 3D material for that particular client, and increasingly so for my intensive and mastermind clients. It becomes about recognizing and then consciously claiming the seat of the teacher, the seat of the steward. That is emphatically foundational, knowing that you plan to do this for life. Very different than a quick pop-up internet business with you know a stand store or whatever that might be your business model. Great, we can work with that. But you get what I'm saying, right? So in mentioning that client in the intensive, it was not about more tinkering or more, you know, refinement in the minutiae. This was an expression, an embodiment, and an identity piece that then made the business logistics seamless. There was no drama, no decision fatigue, none of that stuff that we get so freaking in our heads about before we integrate the toggle piece and before we actually claim. And this can be scary. She and I talked about that. The seat of the steward. It's scary because it implies there's gravity to your work. And if there's gravity to your work, that implies we're actually responsible for something meaningful, something that matters. That's a lot. That's a lot, that's a lot. When I created intensives and they continue to evolve, it was a lot of 3D. Cut to present. These do not exist because anybody needs more strategy. The intensive is not where we're forcing, or you know, like an archaeological dig trying to extricate the next expression. Rather, your work with me or someone else is creating the strategic, embodied, devotional, relational conditions. So you even stand a chance at seeing this next expression. Because sometimes what is changing has nothing to do with the work, it's your capability to receive the work in its full potentiality. I could go on. I am so lit up about this as of late, and I invite you to feel into becoming the same on your own behalf, on behalf of your incredible, already working, tremendously so, body of work. Remember that the conditions fluctuate. Your stewardship, however, does not. You create the conditions from there, the work is expressed. Stewardship is not just about micromanaging decisions all day. Rather, it's demonstrated by the conditions you are willing to create for yourself.
