I'm Elizabeth Rowan, spiritual mentor, yogi, and business priestess. Here, we don't do formulas, we do fire. Because your sacred work isn't just business, it's business and being. Let's begin. Welcome back, priestess. I am on fire today on your behalf and mine when it comes to this. What about when your work is working? What about when it is working? Things are fine. Things are fine enough. We're on cruise control. We're gonna coast a minute when I tell you. So that's the lens. You can imagine through that lens when I hear someone say they're gonna coast, everything's fine, we're gonna cruise control, call it in, whatever. I light up like four alarm fire of, I hate to tell you, you may well be sleeping on the most radiant expression of your work and your life. This actually has absolutely nothing to do with double down, hustle, push, force, none of that at all. In fact, quite the contrary, and we're gonna talk about it here today. So I've been thinking about a question that I have never really heard asked because we all spend so much time ourselves in this like near-aggressive self-inquiry. And I know you do that, I do it as well. The marketplace, the quote, industry is oversaturated with this as well. What you should be doing when business isn't working, when it's not enough, when you haven't scaled within an inch of your life, when people aren't buying, when the launch failed, fill in the blank, right? But what about when it actually is working? What then? What then? And if you're like, oh, well, mine is working, I don't even need to listen to this. Come closer. Because I think that's where some of the most consequential leadership decisions are made. And yes, for some pretty dope outcomes in your business, and more importantly, in your embodied self as a sovereign, radiant being. So there's a pretty subtle threshold. You have been there, you are there. People are saying yes, people are buying, your work changes lives. That's consistent. That is surprising. No one. You could keep doing exactly what you're currently doing for years. I've mentioned this in other audio drops, I realized, where I talked about there were a couple years where I made almost to the freaking dollar the exact same revenue. So I, when I tell you, I know this one. You could keep doing exactly what you're doing for years because it works, it's fine, and you'd probably have a beautiful business and fulfilling life. That's what makes this threshold so stealthy, subtle, and pretty gnarly if it goes unchecked, because nothing appears, quote, wrong, nothing appears broken, no one from the outside would really tell you to change much of anything. And yet, something in you, a little voice, knows this isn't actually the whole story, that you're not actually fully fulfilled, fully expressed in your sacred work, fully level 10, maxed out in your radiance and in your impact. You know, when we all start our business, when we start even a new offer, a new launch, a new marketing channel, whatever it may be, the question is, is this gonna work? Like, I hope this works. Oh, I hope this really works this time, right? And at some point, eventually, the question becomes is this actually the fullest expression of the work I'm here to steward? That is a wildly different question. Can this work? You can make anything work. You can make anything work. I do all the time, my clients do all the time. That's not the thing. The question becomes at some point, if you do this long enough, is this the fullest expression of the work I'm here to steward? Because the can this work question is about innovation, maybe about visibility, maybe viability. Great. Check, got it, old news. The second, now we're talking about vocation. And even deeper than that is the full force, embodied expression of that. I teach one of my two weekly public asana yoga classes tonight. And something that I often say in and amongst cueing is what depending on the shape, this is a full frontal body offering. This is a full frontal body offering, applies to your entire business and metaphorical body of work, right? So I have a litany of personal examples on this that I could share as to how my work has evolved over years. And this goes deeper than the pivot. This is deeper than the pivot. This is not just the like sound bite pivot that kind of makes my eyes want to bleed. However, what I am talking about and interested in on your behalf is a more 360-degree plus depth and breadth expressions of the core, currency, frequency, delight that is your body of work. So, for example, just to weave a bit of a picture, mine started with a full career in the art world. This was pre-yoga. And then I began yoga to navigate, stress of said art world. And very early on, I realized, oh wow, we're actually talking about this richness of energetics and symbolism and archetype and storytelling and so on and so forth. So at that point, I'm still talking about spirituality and the arts. Sidebar, my favorite ever college course was a graduate level spirituality and modern art. And that's where this all began. Fast forward, art world check, yoga check. I created my fire of transformation mastermind to start to bring even more of that awareness now into the business of being in spirituality. Next, an example could be me expanding all of this further now to facilitating later this year at a dream destination of Ghost Ranch in the high desert in New Mexico that is primed for the exact flavor of shadow work that I do. Still through arts, still through symbology, still through archetype, certainly yoga. I could go on, but essentially none of these emerged because the previous version failed. None of these emerged as a fix-it to whatever was going on. Rather, they emerged as yes, an asset and just the most natural next unfolding, right? They emerged also because the purpose continued to bloom, not change entirely. And that's a really different reason to evolve versus just like an oh shit moment. Let me just make up something new out of thin air and throw it to the people and hope that's my new thing, right? That you can feel the frequency of that is apples and oranges. I have a dear friend who has also been a dear client. And if you have done that yourself before, you know that that speaks to the depth and breadth again of relationship, because that's a lot concentrated in a dynamic, right? So this beautiful woman, a medicine woman, certainly in her own right, came into an intensive with me thinking that we were just gonna whip up another offer. And to be clear, her work is extremely rich and profoundly transformative. And here she is thinking, okay, oh, sure, we'll do a quick intensive, whip together a new offer, I'll be on my way, we'll launch it, make some money, you know, cool. Have a great summer. Well, what happened is we ended up revealing to her the actual signature body of work that everything she had done prior was building up to. This was the next most natural expression, not even iteration so much as expression, because it brought so much of the richness, the like kaleidoscopicness that is you, forward. Essentially, I was able to recognize what was trying to emerge through her work that at that time was a little bit over here in one-on-one, a little bit over here in this kind of rough shod group program, a little bit over here in a micro offer. And when we pulled everything together, the richness, I truly don't have another word for it, because that's where it came into its power. That's also where she came into her power as a facilitator and true steward of this body of work, which is very different from somebody who sells some programs, right? You you know that, you feel that, you can hear that. Oftentimes, the next chapter isn't a restart. It's not even a better version of the current chapter. It's a different expression of the same devotion. Same devotion, same richness that lives in the center of your chest in this pulsating form, expressed differently and more embodied and capital T true for you. I have another client example who summed this up beautifully recently. She was in Fire of Transformation Mastermind, and she was sharing her highest revenue month to date. And we have worked together for years. And I haven't stopped thinking about this because it's so profound and simple in a nutshell. This is what she said. I think she accidentally named why this threshold is so different and so difficult. And she said, this is because the work has been working this whole time leading up to this. This outcome, this highest revenue month, is not due to recent micro decisions and moves. This is the work I have been cultivating with you for years, which reminds us today's harvest was planted years ago. So the prompt quickly becomes in that reflection, how many of you are mistaking your today's successful harvest, the good enough, that it's fine, that I'm gonna coast, I'm gonna call it in. Success, how many of you are mistaking that for actually the entirety of what you stand to grow? Because when I go so hard on your behalf and behalf of you really bringing forth into the world the robustness of your work, that's what I'm talking about. Frankly, anybody can have an amazing launch. Anyone can, you know, put together a killer or micro offer, make some sales, whatever. That's low-hanging fruit. And when we're here for the business and the being, when we're here for the ritual of all of this, it has to be deeper for you to actually be truly deeply fulfilled. Now, one successful expression, this is a little trickstery element. One successful expression can become very quickly a beautiful hiding place. It's super easy to hide when you're like nailing it in one realm and thinking to yourself, okay, well, this is it. Like I gotta keep this going, right? Also, one of my beautiful dogs is snoring at my feet and doing that adorable thing where he's like kicking. You might hear, I mean, I'm kind of obsessed. That is to say, one successful expression of your work can be where you're actually hiding right now. I invite you to reflect on that. It pays the bills, people love it. There's evidence, it has identity, it has a history, all of these things which make it really easy to mistake that for the whole body of work. It's not. And that gets to be wildly exciting and liberating. I realized something about the people who I work with, and the women in large part who most energize me and certainly excite and fulfill themselves. And that is, they're rarely trying to make something work. Rarely in that state of like cerebral neck up, furrowed brow, crunch, force it out, whatever. Rather, they're standing in something in front of something that is potentially overwhelming and full of potential. The work already works, but the invitation is different. And so, my job when we work together is can you recognize with me when your body of work is actually asking more of you than just repeating what you've already nailed? That's easy, right? This is the much cooler conversation that nobody is talking about because frankly, it's easy to sell. Let me fix your problem, right? You can hear it. This isn't about scaling or doing more, like I mentioned, or abandoning what already works. This is about you becoming, deciding to become large and robust enough yourself to steward what your work is becoming in that regard. Because your body of work continues to unfold. I used the word bloom earlier, and I think that's perfect here. Your body of work doesn't stop growing simply because one chapter became successful. If anything, that's your cue to look at what next is possible. This is not to be confused with becoming insatiable, right? And thinking I talk about the indiscriminate more monster. This is not that. This is you lovingly having a very keen eye on where you have put an asterisk on yourself and where you have actually inadvertently capped your work, which, yeah, that's revenue, money on the table for sure, but much cooler and more importantly is capping your impact and legacy and transformation that we already know works. This is why my business exists in service to you, not because your work is broken. I'm actually over the era of helping people troubleshoot and fix what's wrong. Rather, there are seasons when I can recognize the next expression of your work before you fully trusted yourself to name it. This is not me telling you what to build. Rather, you get to recognize what has already begun that's happening before your eyes, to ask more of you. And that's a very different conversation from let's fix a broken business or let's fix the launch or the offer. It's a conversation about stewardship and capacity and leadership, which is the entirety of what we're here to do. So I'll leave you with this because I can go on. I can always go on. But the most dangerous place actually isn't failure, it can often be nailing it in work that's actually not yet fully arrived. Success, winning, nailing it can be convincing enough, right? It's the illusion. It can be convincing enough that we stop actually feeling for what's also trying to emerge. Your work works beautifully. We know that, we love that. That's no longer the question. The invitation becomes whether you've mistaken one successful expression of that work for the entirety of what you have been entrusted in this lifetime, in this incarnation, to steward. If you're nodding along and you recognize yourself here, you know your work already works, and all the while there's a bit of a hunger inside that you sense, desiring a greater expression.
