I'm Elizabeth Rowan, spiritual mentor, yogi, and business priestess. Here, we don't do formulas, we do fire. Let's begin. Welcome back, Priestess. I am so fired up today about so many of you not discovering the actual expansiveness available in your work because you inadvertently leave before it has a chance. Let's talk about it. So the more I sit with it, the more convinced I become that many women never discover the fullness that your work is actually capable of. And this is not about talent, this is not even about devotion. It's because rarely do you give it the time that it takes for it to arrive in its fullest expression. Here's the thing: there is a difference between how many strategies have failed and how many were just straight up abandoned before they had a chance. Those are two very different conversations. And I don't know anybody here listening who hasn't tried 1 million and five strategies, myself included. However, I can tell you 99.9% of the time, if and when your strategy is aligned and you give it the time that it takes, the outcome that you seek will arrive. I was just actually looking at my Business Priestess activation audio drops stats and reveling in the fact that if I go to look at the total downloads over all time, which is now 14 months, well over a year since I started this last yes, March, the cumulative trajectory is up and up and up and up. Now, this has nothing to do with me forcing it. It's certainly me not trying different strategies every other week or month. This is the staying power of longevity. I have said this to so many clients over the years. Oftentimes, the differentiator is you staying longer than anyone else, whether that is in the strategy or frankly, the entirety of your business. Now, this doesn't mean that we are not always refining and experimenting and approaching it with curiosity and whatnot. However, I think a lot of women are standing in this wreckage, inadvertently created, of things that perhaps you abandoned and erroneously calling it evidence. And I, if I am to be quite frank, will not stand for it. Let me try to say that again. I think many of you risk standing in the wreckage of things that quote unquote didn't work when actually you may have just abandoned them. However, you're pointing at that and calling it evidence, which is really painful and straight up inaccurate. We don't have all of the data. This is actually inaccurate evidence that the offer, the content, the platform, the strategy didn't work. We'll actually never know because you may have pieced out before any of these things could even stick. This would be comparable to me having looked at the podcast, for example. I'm gonna keep referring back to that because I'm literally looking at the tab open on this as I chat with you. But had I pieced out two months in, three months in, six months in, it's even grown since I was at 12 months in. That is staying power. That's also the power of logistical compounding, and something that I work so closely with my clients about energetic compounding, not to mention a completely different set of data points or evidence for you to internalize. You can feel here in my voice and imagine when we take evidence that we have inadvertently created out of inaccurate data at our own hand and apply that within. We now have some really shitty false evidence that we're basing self-beliefs on, that we're basing future decisions on. And then that mess starts to compound, and there you're plateauing, there you're going backwards, there you're closing up shop, whatever it may be, based on false data. So, uh, other examples that I have for you. Yes, this podcast that we're listening to, yes, my email newsletter, absolutely my fire of transformation mastermind becoming a year. And I started that this August. It will be four years in. Started at an acutely chaotic upheaval low point in my personal life. I'm actually gonna speak in a moment, too, in my reasoning that's related to this topic behind taking the mastermind from six months to 12 months. That was intentional and adjacent. Ghost Ranch, another fantastic example. Had I bailed or assumed my pitch was a no before I heard back later than I anticipated, I would have sabotaged the whole thing. So this is a shift away from more and into longevity. I hope this comes as a great relief that this is a shift away from more, rather into longevity. This is not keep doing what you're doing that's not working. That's where I come in. That's where my eagle-eyed strategic insight and previous former career and 15 years as a spiritual business mentor come in. We're always refining and adapting and doing the dance. This, however, is not indiscriminately adding more to your to-do list. Rather, this is cultivating a capacity to stay longer. So this is equally depth, breadth in terms of capacity, not breadth in terms of shit you're in charge of doing on top of everything else, right? This is a realization that fewer things running carry more weight, gets to be your strategy. The answer isn't another thing, and it's sure as heck not another $11 PDF low-ticket thing from an ad that you saw from a 10-figure business owner on Instagram. Here's the piece that I don't see people talking about in our industry. I think a lot of clients, business owners, mistake novelty for momentum. Let's sit with that for a moment. Where might you mistake novelty for momentum? I used to do this all the time where things weren't working after I posted a couple times, sent out a couple emails, heck, even launched something more than once. And then I would just drum up something new out of thin air because surely this is the thing, right? When not necessarily because I was just creating the entire process again for myself to do from scratch, having given zero time for the initial attempt to even take shape and land. For me personally, that novelty felt very, this is so in air quotes, productive. It kept me very busy. So my system thought, oh, well, if she's doubling output and effort and frenetic energy, surely we will reap those rewards when the rewards reaped was just more frenetic energy and no outcome that I desired, coupled with me creating really unfortunate evidence for myself that even hustling times 10 on more external things couldn't produce the result that I was attempting. So now surely this is deeper and this is about me. False evidence. Momentum feels quieter. Momentum feels more subtle than production overdrive. Because it is based in repetition. I have this conversation with clients a lot, especially specific to marketing content. When somebody is feeling like, well, I keep saying the same thing and nobody's moving. Okay, yes, we can massage and optimize messaging. However, we have to get to get comfortable with repetition because it takes that nowadays more than ever. That is where most people leave. That is where if you leave, you just passed all of your hard work to, for lack of a better word, a competitor. Wow. This is for you. If every few months you torch your business, burn it down, and then wonder why nothing has landed, not to mention compounded. This is for you if you have plateaued, and every year, maybe revenue is the same, client is the same, even if you're mixing it up, even if you've got new events, new podcasts, new this, that, or the other. This is the cost. Now, this is not failure. This is how human of you, yet again, you now get to empower yourself to interrupt this tendency. And blessedly, it's not this fiery upheaval like so many of us on the spiritual path are used to. Transformation requiring. This is much more subtle. This is sitting still in the strategy that you have diligently created, co-created if you're a client of mine, and actually doubling down on it so that it has a chance to work. I want to speak to adjacently my fire of transformation mastermind and why I took it to a year when I initially started and ran it as a six-month program. In a nutshell, I was very quickly seeing what happens when clients stopped resetting the clock every few months. When you stop making every season a referendum on the whole thing, versus when you pass the business like a hot potato, the offer like a hot potato, the launch like a hot potato. Six months we were getting somewhere. Twelve months, we were doubling outcomes. We now were compounding outcomes and revenue and client results and on and on and on. Because six months, okay, six months is minimum. 12 months, now we're getting somewhere. When I start this work with my clients, I truly tell you all. And if you've been a client, you may well have been on the receiving end of this because I took myself through this as well. You talk about the one thing and the one thing only for 90 days, and then we'll start to have some idea of what's happening. Then we have something that we can actually consider refining. So, to be clear, this is not a conversation about consistency. Rather, we're talking about capacity. You build your capacity by staying the course, not because this is virtuous, but because staying actually gives your structure a chance to stay, to take shape. And in doing so, it actually changes you internally. Now, so many business owners will never discover what their sacred work is capable of because they leave before the work even has a chance to fully reveal itself. My question for you, for myself forever, is what happens when you stay long enough to find out?
