I'm Elizabeth Rowan, spiritual mentor, yogi, and business priestess. Here we don't do formulas, we do fire. These transmissions are potent activations to ignite your long-term strategy, self-leadership, energetic mastery and embodiment, and lasting legacy in the world. Because your sacred work isn't just business, it's business and being. Let's begin. Welcome back, Priestess. It is November 23rd, 2025. And it's right about this time of year, every year, that things start to get really cozy and pre-winter solstice vibes for me. And it's also the time where annually I use that inner cocooning to really reflect on my work from the year prior along with my clients. I have this conversation going newly inside Fire of Transformation Mastermind as we are, what, about five weeks out from the end of yet another year. Wild. I would be remiss to not share it with you because this stands to change your entire business being and felt reality, honestly, and not even hyperbolically, but in every sense of the expression. And that is setting this intention for your henceforth, certainly for your next year, certainly for the foreseeable future. And that is this no more big fish, small pond. No more big fish, small pond energy, because you are so easily a master at your craft already and can do your work in your sleep. Things have gotten a little too comfy over there. I know because I have been you. I know because this has been my clients, where we get to the state of coasting and things are flowing. It's good or good enough. We're not really challenged that substantially. And we're the big fish in a small pond, often of our own creation, having gotten to a place of feeling, quote unquote, superficially perhaps settled in this upsetting reality that stands to be much more vast. So this is what we're getting into today. Live from my little Sunday evening pre-winter solstice cocoon. I like to think about it like this: if you are still the most activated person, healer, facilitator, et cetera, in every room, your ecosystem of business and your internal system of being are outdated because you did not incarnate here to be comfortable, to coast, to be underutilized, or to be palatable. Quite the contrary. I work with visionary leaders, priestesses, and frankly, healing revolutionaries. That's you when you consciously choose to stop coasting and rather upgrade that into leaping. Because the staying the big fish in a small pond thing works until it doesn't, it works until it starts generating really stealthy but painful nonetheless evidence of being good enough and othering the bigger, deeper success, an element of you actually knows that you're here for. And we all know this intellectually, but it's different in practice. And that is the fact that expansion requires discomfort. And if you're not running to create states of discomfort for yourself, a hundred percent this drop is for you. 100% you're stuck in the no more big fish small pond phenomenon slash threshold because you will not meet your next level in the state that made your last one possible. I want to say that again. You will not meet your next level in the state that made your last one possible. We know, we practice expansion brings discomfort, and discomfort brings expansion. So I often see and have created a lot of content around this, I often see newer clients coming to me, speaking to alignment when actually their alignment is to their current circumstances. So anything that challenges that feels, quote, out of alignment when actually it is the expansion facilitated discomfort required for more expansion. And again, we intellectually know this, but this is the difference in who is driving, right? Like what if your system is actually running the show and making executive decisions that are perpetuating this small pond reality and frankly giving it an annual renewal year after year after year. I spoke to this somewhat in a previous drop about the fact that I was debunking the quote full body yes, because discomfort is not dissonance. Like a full body yes might be to more of the same. A full body yes might be to yes, thank you more, please, of my current circumstances, which are this small pond that I'm talking about. So rather, discomfort is not dissonance, but proof that you are doing something new. And if you're comfy, I challenge you to blow that wide open. I challenge you to blow that wide open because the business that you actually desire, the material reality that you actually desire is on the other side of that. So if you're comfortable, start looking for the exit ramp because things are about to get exciting. And with that, this leapfrog effect that you can create for yourself, like I always say, out of thin air. My clients and I do not calibrate to comfort here. That's a standard and a value, yes, of working with me in business, but honestly, of my life for myself. We do not calibrate to comfort here. Rather, I am ever stretching my own capacity. And when we work together, I am holding you as you hold yourself through that same threshold. Here's a great example of this. I had somebody earlier this year join Fire of Transformation Mastermind. And she was creating this idea that this new business of hers would be an off-ramp, a second career from her current career that she's just maxed all the way out on. As we speak, as we speak, she has a best-selling book, a full built-out product suite, a very exciting Oracle deck in the making. Just completed the beta round of her first offer in this new niche and business of hers, is currently in pre-launch mode for the first full public round of this course offering and his newly introduced one-on-one coaching also into her repertoire. She is comfortable with this all of zero days. All of zero days. And it's requiring this dexterity. I talk about it also as becoming increasingly nimble in your nervous system edges. And in doing so, as you make these bold shifts that are also microdosing bold shifts, right? It's not pulling the rug out from under yourself so that you blow out your entire nervous system, but all day, every day, stretching, stretching, stretching the decisions, the investment, where your attention is going to, your like daring boldness in your creation, and so on. I love that example of this client because every day she is doing something brand freaking new that deeply challenges her understanding of herself, her worldview, her self-trust. And it is compounding. And by the day, she is unstoppable. Fast or rather, rewind, she could have just said, no, that's a little scary, I'm out, and resigned herself to her then circumstances in perpetuity. Or fill in the blank. Fill in the blank for your equivalent. You get to blow your own mind in this way. Okay. If you're here, chances are you are at least somewhat, if not deeply, familiar with my commitment to leveraging the material, the logistical, the strategic in business all as ritual, right? So, yes, we get it done in the material realm. And we get it done in the material realm because we know that every step of the way, that is actually deep ritual, cueing our psyche and unconscious to yes, evolution, transformation, and greater self-trust. When we are doing all of these business things, even if you've done them 1,000 times, we're ever refining. So you're never the same. Your business is never the same, day after day after day. And it absolutely will not be if you and I are working together and you're in my world. Because everything that we are doing is consciously conceived to facilitate these micro expansions of capacity and transformation. So when business is your ritual, that includes visibility. And when we're talking about the no more big fish small pond phenomenon, visibility is part of this. This busts open the myth that I don't need to be seen to be successful, right? That's an illusion and a safety net. In order for you to truly facilitate the work that you're here to steward, you have to be felt and known, unmistakable, and you're leading all the while with your being, with your voice, your resonance, this intentionally curated frequency that you're showing up with. This is not just blindly chasing clout or virality in social media. Rather, commanding space with your frequency. This element of visibility as ritual is absolutely a huge piece of a focus inside the long-term strategy pillar of Fire of Transformation Mastermind that includes diversifying marketing far beyond social media because you can stand to reach thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of people more in additional ways. Everyone's business is completely unique. Your marketing strategy, hopefully you have one. If not, message me for an intensive, we'll jump right in. Your marketing strategy is absolutely unique. And within that, also is endless possibility for amplifying your visibility. Now, this is also a nervous system practice, right? This does not mean indiscriminately more followers from something random that does not even relate to your sacred work. Rather, really cultivating this long-term vehicle in your marketing such that you are able to have your content and presence and work known, live longer on platforms that do not bend to an algorithm or risk disappearing overnight. Chances are you've heard the expression that marketing is what you say about you, and PR is what other people say about you. When we work together, we are consciously cultivating both because both of those absolutely stand to change your business standing entirely. I've given a dozen examples of this throughout this podcast, and I love sharing these because they keep coming. But a priority regarding long-term strategy inside my mastermind is learning how strategically and skillfully to pitch yourself, to pitch yourself to media for PR coverage, for collaborations, and so on and so forth. All of this to amplify the visibility that your work stands to gain such that you are increasingly known. Now you can feel how your system is responding to that possibility. File again under no more big fish small pond. Look around your current work, reality, life. That is the result of the big fish small pond effect. Check, nailed it, got it. And this is an invitation to think longer term, more than a year at a time, more than a quarter at a time, more than two years from now, longer term with both a greater depth of impact from your work and breadth, such that you become the hands-down go-to, not the best kept secret. If you're here, we are done with that era. It was great while it lasted, RIP. Right? Okay. Regarding diversifying marketing, yes, visibility is a ritual. And in thinking to diversifying marketing, this is also uh doubling as deepening devotion. And I'll tell you why. If your entire marketing strategy is at the mercy of a single platform, that's not sovereignty. It's actually uh probably codependency. So in our diversifying marketing, this is not just indiscriminately getting louder, like I just spoke to. This is also getting into a state of a much cleaner, clearer frequency. No more playing by algorithm rules, rather rewriting, reclaiming, and embodying your own across multi-platforms and becoming a felt experience of your leadership. Your work is far too sacred to be just existing in a passive doom scroll that people may come across two days after you've posted it and they're already on to the next, right? So diversifying marketing, deepening it via devotion. I've spoken at length about this, but ways that I myself have been playing with that this year. You're listening to one. One includes this beautiful living channel of audio traps. It also includes email marketing, podcast funnels, off social marketing, automations, press, PR, on and on and on. So if you can think it, we can do it. This does not all have to be Instagram. Let's liberate you from that right now. I don't know about you, but I'm not interested in living and dying by Instagram for the rest of my business life, which will be decades long and decades rich. That brings us to thinking bigger, thinking beyond what you have seen and cultivating the trust to do your business differently. Cultivating the trust to do your business differently comes from the microdosing capacity stretch a hundred times a day. This is the piece that I've talked about at length around for every new level, there's a freaking new level, right? Like you pass that test, you pass that grade, win that initiation. And right there, immediately, here comes the next. Great, we love it, and buckle up, right? This is the capacity piece. And I actually know that your favorite self is deeply committed to that as a value, as a value. So to bring us through from visibility, diversified marketing, what you are expressing through those modalities is thought leadership. This becomes the big capital T trust piece. Thought leadership as a frequency. This is you owning the gravity of your work, becoming increasingly comfortable with the discomfort of being polarizing, of articulating what you do and don't stand for in the world, in your work, in your clients. You say the thing that no one else will, not to be indiscriminately provocative, but because it's true. You hold a higher standard from your embodiment and you speak to that. That is thought leadership. And when you do that, then you are now in legacy creation mode. So thought leadership stands to change the entire trajectory, yes, of course, of your marketing, but more of your business. I had a one-on-one client call with a woman inside Fire of Transformation last week who is currently in preparation for a January launch, and we were talking explicitly about thought leadership and how this orients away from just pain point marketing. This is where you are now an innovator. I also had a comparable conversation in the last few days with an intensive client who is building out, he is building out two different bodies of work with me at once. It's incredible. And we are now at the fork in the road where thought leadership is his marketing avenue beyond articulating what's in the offer, beyond articulating what the clients are doing, really coming in with paradigm busting, revolutionary ways of creating in business that no one else is doing. You hold this inside and have tucked it just out of reach. Where the invitation is we bring that front and center, and now you are yes, in visibility, yes, in diversified marketing, yes, in deeper devotion therein, and cultivating your self trust as a thought leader, as a thought leader. So here we are back to the self-trust piece again. And this is the maybe chicken and the egg component that never gets old, and we're never done. Self-trust is the prerequisite to the power, and your power is the prerequisite to your self-trust. The becoming less big fish small pond and shifting rather into big fish in a big pond starts here with you trusting yourself first. That has nothing to do with the outcome. We may have no idea if the offer will work, if the investment returns the ROI that you hope it will, if the client will fill in the blank. You trust yourself first, period, and without qualification. This is you increasingly embodying this state of being a provocateur, of a liberator, of going beyond this small pond, current reality that you're looking around at and realizing maybe the parameters of that. And now it started to keep things out. And we're ready to expand our perimeter. Expanding our perimeter, not just to grow, but to go beyond. This is you betting on yourself again and again and again. All right. Dare I say that fire of transformation and mastermind is the beginning of your big pond. I built this as an ecosystem to facilitate your evolution.
