I am excited today to explore with you the concept of karma applied to your business, but not in the way you perhaps have come to understand karma. We are going to apply this to decision making and the long game of leadership, meaning you are never not making legacy decisions. So that said, several years ago, pre-pandemic, I was in New York taking a shamanic death training. And this was, I think, over a week. It was absolutely incredible. And toward the end, we did a practice where we wrote our own eulogy, not obituary, eulogy, and someone else read it while we were playing Dead. Some of you have participated in a comparable exercise with me, especially if we have worked together in fall in October, and possibly if you have joined me for past years of my supernatural sutras series that comes in October along with Sawan and Halloween. One thing I realized in that moment of lying there with tears streaming from the outer corners of my eyes into my ears while hearing an otherwise stranger's voice read my eulogy was this revelation. It all matters. It all matters. The most mundane, the most micro, certainly the macro, decisions, actions, indecisions, pivots, etc., all matter. Holy moly, what do we do with that when it comes to business? This is where I'm gonna bring in the concept of karma, and I want to disrupt it from how you have likely understood it in the past, even through a yoga lens, perhaps. And this is karma not as this cosmic retribution, not as justice, not this like tit for tat exchange, rather as simply an energetic momentum, an energetic compounding. I was raised Catholic, and so from very young age, kind of wrapped into this understanding that, like, oh, if you're quote, good, good things happen. And on the other hand, deep duality, if you're capital B bad, bad things happen. And that's often how we have come to understand karma. I saw a bumper sticker a while back that said, karma is only a bitch if you are, which, yes, and we're not talking about her in that way today. Rather, the energetic principle simply that an object in motion stays in motion and an object at rest stays at rest applied to your business. Meaning whatever you repeat becomes your result. And this gets really interesting and illuminating and a little bit tricky because we are at any given time certainly making conscious decisions and even more so, unconscious decisions. This is where your history, your past, your pattern story, ancestors, generational healing or lack thereof, karma in this way are running the show. My offer to you is viewing this through a lens of what's possible, as opposed to this pressurized concept. So stay with me. I was thinking about this and then chatting with my Fire of Transformation mastermind women about this this morning during my morning walk, which is when I'm also speaking to spirit and communing with my guides and catching up at any given time on our multiple Voxer chats with clients and the mastermind and one-on-one. And was exploring this first thing this morning, and I'm excited to unpack this a little bit more with you today. So when we think often of karma as cosmic retribution in business, I like to think of this simply as momentum math. This is the body in motion stays at motion, a body at rest stays at rest. You can plug in contraction, et cetera. Unless, and this is the empowering piece, until and unless you interrupt the pattern and take things a different way. So coming back to the shamanic death aha of it all matters. How does that inform everything that you choose today? Every decision and of course, every indecision, every passive pass, every let me come back to that, every I don't know, I'm gonna let that die a slow death in my inbox, anything like that also holds just as much to get on a pretty powerful trajectory until or unless you interrupt the pattern. So whatever you're choosing today, this might be action, this might be avoidance, this might be say alignment or bypassing. Whatever we choose compounds energetically. Again, not in a way that there's a quote bad or good option. It's probably the most simple phenomenon of physics. Collapse creates more collapse. I see that as like this black hole just folding in to itself infinitely, versus energy expands energy, this like unfolding, blossoming, blooming effect. I'm sitting here looking at these gorgeous yellow-red roses that have just unfurled and they look infinite in this like nautilus way. That has a very different vibe in the most literal sense than say black hole energy. The point being, every move, whatever it is, without assigning like um morality to it, multiplies. This is not even a sacred cause and effect, simply momentum. So let's talk about great. What do we do with this? As really tuned in healers and feelers and medicine keepers. When emotion and feeling, intuition and attunement are superpowers of yours, we love overcoming duality. If you're here, you know I actually love hate, but love a death cycle because I know what's on the other side. So, what do we feelers do with this momentum information, especially when it comes to contraction? Contraction isn't the issue here. Rather, it's what you do with that that determines whether it spirals or unfurls. Let me try to say that again. Contraction isn't ever the issue. Rather, it's what you do with that that determines whether it spirals or has this beautiful kind of rose-like ever unfurling. Because even contraction holds momentum when you stay in relationship with your business. That's a very different frequency to contraction, severing relationship or connection with yourself, or severing relationship or contraction with your work. This is where it actually becomes co-creation. So hear me on that, that contraction can be co-creation just as much as anything else. When your devotion to keep the channel open, even when things are contracting, actually becomes this portal for you to interject, interrupt, and redirect the energetic momentum being made. When this comes to decision making in my business, I like to think of it as this long game energetic ROI. So, what is the energetic legacy of the decision I'm about to make? I think of it like what happens if I play this out times 10? And again, playing out the decision made or the indecision or not making a decision. What happens if you multiply it out times 10? You might also look at what happens time frame-wise when this energy ripples out three weeks from now, three months from now, three years from now. I'm on a big kick with three at the moment because, as I have shared, this month almost to the day marks the creation of my fire of transformation mastermind from a time of total life collapse, certainly contraction. I was able to seize that energy and redirect it, not missing any of the gold inside that particular death cycle, and also not missing the momentum that absolutely could have become a bathtub drain situation, or what it has become, which is this just roaring metaphorical and now in name fire of transformation. So, whatever decisions you are facing, you're weighing, you're feeling into, you're doing pro-conlists, you're doing vision board, et cetera. I am as an entrepreneur as you are, never not making decisions, like that sometimes is your primary job, it can feel like. What happens if you multiply it out times 10, times three weeks, three months, three years from now? That can seem pressurized. However, remember, we're interested in rather than the pressure piece, the possibility. Three years from now, your business might be hard to tap into, hard to visualize, especially if you are still stuck in this living one month to the next business model. Which, if that is the case, you absolutely should be working with me right now, and we will nip that in the bud immediately. You are empowered to vision that vast because you have dedicated your life to this sacred work. So, yes, three years is a long time from now, and wow, it will go by in a flash, absolutely created from compound effect of decisions and indecisions that you make today, tonight, tomorrow, on your morning walk, this weekend, and so on. Again, remember, I'm laying there on my back with tears from my eyes into my ears as someone else reads my eulogy, realizing it all matters. So play it out, the decision making. That's how you collapse time, not just this vague vision, but get very precise and bring precision into this. If you have this is a sidebar, which is always where things get extra good. If you have played over the years with manifesting and you love your manifestation practices, and maybe you're into law of attraction and delulu and all of the things, this I argue is the most real way to bring your desires into the 3D scene realm. Beyond the meditation, beyond the affirmations, beyond manifestation TikTok, beyond fill in the blank, micro and macro decisions made as legacy decisions, as karma compound butterfly effect moves are how you manifest exactly that which you are calling in. So, in the seasons of you might say contraction or death cycle or collapse, however you articulate it, the lag time of the 3D can also bring the I don't know what happened, the no one's buying right now. It must be the algorithm, flat line energy that is oftentimes a direct result of past decisions. And this is where the sabotage piece comes in, and it can be very stealthy. I see this with clients from time to time. Indecision, like indecision compounding, and you blink, and the reality has now caught up to indecision from months, weeks, years past. When the alternative is sudden surges, this is when you see somebody taking all the way off, and they are in creation mode, and you can tell and feel and hear how aligned they are, and they are getting new clients and stacking revenue, and suddenly they're everywhere, and everybody wants to work with this person, and there's seemingly non-stop momentum, also not random. This is energetically earned over time. Micro decisions, macro decisions, legacy decisions. Please hear me say I did not mention once hustle or overextending yourself or self-sacrifice, rather, profound self-preservation in your decision making by voting for yourself and the life you desire again and again and again, because you can't yet see it, because you know you will see it. You can hear and feel in those two examples: the self-sabotage, lag time, things are quiet. Oh, business is dying, nobody's buying, like total Eeyore versus holy moly, things are taking all the way off. I am unstoppable. It all matters, it all compounds. This is the type of karma I'm talking about and exploring myself in my business inside of Fire of Transformation Mastermind with my clients there, in my one-on-one clients, in my intensives, and so on. So I actually haven't spoken to this in a while, but there is no more priestess in peril for you. That period is complete, and you get to start making decisions like that era of you is complete. You have integrated her, and now you are living in the realm of pure possibility. This is where you take manifesting and momentum making and decide it is an entire ritual.
