I'm Elizabeth Rowan, spiritual mentor, yogi, and business priestess. Here we don't do formulas, we do fire. Because your sacred work isn't just business, it's business and being. Let's begin. Welcome back, Priestess. I am so excited today to dive right freaking in to selling year-long offers. And I want to start with this because at the time it blew my mind and in retrospect, continues to do so. I sold my first year-long packages in 2020, during the pandemic lockdown, when the world was completely upside down and backwards, and all quote logic would say that doing so was impossible. And yet it sold again and again and again. Both the private yoga that I was offering at the time and business mentorship that I was also offering at that time. These sold no problem in 2020. And it was never about the timing. Rather, and we're gonna get knee deep in this today, it was about how I positioned the year-long offers, the power behind yes, the offer, and my positioning of it, and the promise of what's possible in compounding transformation. So if you're ready to sell deeper and longer, and you're committed to yes depth and breadth, and more powerfully than ever before, this drop is for you. So a few years into my business, I was certainly selling single sessions. I booked a celebrity coach to essentially teach me how to craft package offers and very quickly grew out of certainly single sessions. And out of, I think at the time I was selling three packs, six packs here and there. Three months was how I structured my first package. And that felt stretchy at that time. And again, this was like a decade ago. Cut to present year long is now my norm short-term offers, like my two-week intensive microgroup offers, things of that nature that are shorter term are arguably for my business model, not just the anomaly, but all also strategic and funnel into year-long. Because frankly, after being in this work now for almost 15 years, year-long compounding transformation that facilitates just unprecedented depth and soul evolution is all I'm interested in. And quite frankly, is the most for me efficient business model that has me currently booked. I just literally in the last 48 hours had somebody book into the mastermind. It's only available now for a year. So I have monthly recurring revenue across various um modalities and offers through July 2026. Imagine that for yourself and feel how that would change things for you. Okay, so starting with smaller packages is not unusual. And I want to bust a bit of an industry myth. And the myth or the mindset is that shorter, smaller packages are easier to sell. It's like a quick fix, it's an easy yes for your people, it's a short-term cash injection, which certainly it can be. And also, if you're here, you yourself know the difference in partaking in something one time or for a week, a month, a three-month, quarter, whatever, that absolutely can be powerful and profound and generate all manner of these aha moments. And that pales in comparison to the cumulative transformation that you actually stand to facilitate, whether you're the client or the facilitator. I maintain that short-term offers can be incredibly powerful when positioned strategically as part of your product suite, as part of your funnel, such that people are coming in at this kind of wider cast of your net, if then they are invited to continue on in greater devotion and greater commitment up to a year. So I would be curious as to the duration of your current offers. If you are listening to this and this lights you up, absolutely feel free to DM me on Instagram. I would love to hear where you're at with this. If you are selling single sessions, smaller packages, you've got three-month offers going, you've got six-month, one-on-one, whatever it may be. I would be curious if you are still selling shorter term offers because you yourself have yet to experience slash embody what year-long plus support actually does. We all know the power of a single session of a short-term sprint, etc. And I have no doubt in my mind that the work you do is changing lives from the moment people experience your work. Somebody books in for a single session with you, they are forever changed. Amazing. And you have to get to dare to expand that beyond, beyond, beyond into a full year and then some. Okay, I digress. So my clients don't join the now year-long Fire of Transformation Mastermind to just try something, right? They join because they know that we are together collectively building legacy and they're done coach shopping, they're done buying dozens of like$27 downloadables,$111 micro offers, five at a time, or whatever it is, right? We have all been her. They're done chasing the quick fix, the dopamine hits, the cash injections for the most part. Like sometimes the cash injection is so freaking real, and we know how to do that. Like I say, out of thin air. However, my clients and I, and you know that like a free masterclass, for example, is not going to touch what a year of mentorship or coaching or whatever your healing modality that you facilitate stands to create with them. So we all know that month over month commitment doesn't just accelerate growth because also this isn't just this like belligerent, indiscriminate more monster, I call it, right? What you're actually doing in stepping into long-term facilitation. And when you are the client and you step into receiving long-term 12 plus plus months of whatever modality it is, what you're actually talking about is evolving and refining your entire identity. I have worked with clients in single intensives, for example, who come in, have some questions, we get some momentum going, they get what they think they came for: a quick fix, a short-term solution, a superficial kind of answer to like the issue de jour. And those who bounce thereafter inevitably come back to me, whether that's in a month or three months or a year from now, versus those who say come in via a micro offer or one-on-one or an intensive and book into year-long, whether again, that's private yoga or yoga teacher mentorship, or fire of transformation, mastermind of business and being. So the short term versus the long term is for a very specific client profile that you actually not just want, but want more of in your business. There is a statistic that's years old now, so I'm sure it's somewhat outdated, probably in the direction that I'm about to speak to, in terms of the fact that client retention is 80% easier than client acquisition, meaning it's so much easier for you, the business owner and facilitator, to retain your current clients than go out and get new clients every time it's suddenly yet again the first of the month. And we have all had that latter business model. And I will imagine your experience is comparable to mine in that that was not only freaking exhausting, but such this like avoidable nervous system mayhem versus being able to look at your calendar and you've got clients, plural, booked for the next nine months, twelve months, eighteen months. I mentioned this previously, and I'm intentionally repeating it here. Visualize your payment platform, your calendar, whatever it is, booked with recurring clients, monthly recurring revenue now into next year, now through next year. So at that point, you're covered through fall break, holiday season, new year, next spring, spring break, next summer, and so on. Let that land for yourself a moment here. And if your mind is already disqualifying you, like you have decided that, oh, that might work for anyone but you, let me tell you, I was driving all over the city of Atlanta in and outside of the perimeter, going to facilitate private sessions, coaching, mentorship, yoga in people's homes for$150 per session. Okay. At that point, I was driving probably an hour total per client. So what was$150 an hour just became$150 over two hours. So that's$75 an hour. Like that's what I would be making max. And honestly, it took more time than just the drive time as well. Hustling those, hustling those, hustling those month after month. Oh my gosh, here comes the first of the month again. Like, where's the money gonna come from? And you and I both know that is no way to live, and that is a surefire way to burn your nervous system all the way out and be like over it with your business. Like, like if there's a time to want to burn it down, in my experience, it's at that juncture, versus this alternative that is so very real and within reach for you. Okay, so I could keep hyping you, and there's actually some strategy and actionables that I want to share with you today that include some details of how I actually go to sell slash pitch a year-long offer. So, first things first, in selling period, and certainly in selling year-long, that I imagine because I hope on your behalf, that your year-long rate is a high ticket because it deserves to be. Your year-long price point is high ticket because it deserves to be. Imagine where you were, for example, a year ago. Cut to present, so much absolutely incredible, radical evolution, right? There is actually no price you can put on that. So if high ticket makes you a little squirmy and nervous, we can talk about that. I've got a my giant dog is over here snoring. So I kind of hope you all can actually hear that in the audio for the most authentic audio drop that I could possibly create. Okay, when I go to sell year long, a couple things have to be in place. One is full body conviction, and this one's easier said than done. Full body conviction that you can change someone's entire life in 12 months. I'm gonna dare to say that's actually easy for you to believe because you have evidence already that you can change someone's whole freaking life in a session, in a pack of three, six, certainly in three months, certainly in, you know, whatever 10-week, 12-week long offer or container. So visioning that into what's possible in working with you in 12 months, you have to get to be so convicted in what's possible that you are emanating that period, just like out in the world being a human, and then certainly so tapped into that on a cellular level, when you go to invite someone into deeper year-long work with you. The second piece of this is, and here's the yoga part zero attachment. This is easier said than done. And I can promise you the more you pitch your year-long offer, the more you invite people into it, no matter if they say yes or no, the less hooked in to the outcome you will be. This is one of those things that's kind of like, oh, you have to do it first and create the evidence for yourself. Again, I'm not even talking about if they say yes or no, whether or not they buy. This is you being like, whoo, kind of sweaty right now, but I'm gonna run this crazy experiment and invite this new client, this returning client, this renewing client, whomever, to actually co-create in a deeper level of commitment with me over 12 months. And I am not hooked in to the outcome. Like I say, that is easier said than done. The full conviction is easier said than done. However, you can create both of those for yourself out of thin air by doing the thing first before you're quote unquote ready. Doing the thing first before you're ready. And again, the freedom piece of this is in the moment that we're running that as an experiment, we actually don't care if they say yes or no. Obviously, we are running businesses. You want everyone in the world to say yes. Amazing. When we are in a state where we are able to articulate what's possible for the client in the next 12 months, everyone in the world will want to say yes. Okay, here is a formula on how I actually pitch or invite people into year-long work with me. And I do this over a handful of different areas that certainly include Fire of Transformation Mastermind that started by design as a six-month and has been a year now in my one-on-one business mentorship and in my one-on-one yoga and sacred council. So, this is what I kind of show up with the client holding as their invitation. There's three parts to this. Number one, I speak to what we have already done together. For example, when you came to me, you wanted to work out a product suite that had, you know, funnel capability to compound your results to 10k months or whatever it is. Great. So the first thing I'm going to do is speak to where they currently are. Wow, amazing in a single intensive. And this is this is such an actual common progression for my specific clients. So I would say something like, wow, in the single intensive, in just two weeks together, we have already mapped your like airtight product suite that has such a perfect ascension ladder for your dream clients. Okay. So I will acknowledge like that's what we have done today. And I am able to speak to, I know that you want to reach not just like a one-off 10K month or 30K month or whatever it is, like a one-off month like that absolutely is a win. And we are interested in making that your new normal more often than not. So the number two piece there is I'm speaking to their greater desire. And then the third piece of this, I bridge the gap between the current result that I just acknowledged and the like next tier desire that they have and position the year as this sacred span of time where it all comes home. I want to repeat those quickly from the top. So the first piece I speak to is their current results that we have co-created together. The second is articulating their desires that span what we have accomplished so far. And then the context for that is bridging the gap. We did this. I know you want this. When we work together in insert your offer here, this is where we co-create your path to recurring whatever your outcome, transformation, desire is. So absolutely feel free to use those three in that order when you are having sales conversations. You don't have to do sales calls. I don't, unless the client wants like a brief one. I don't really do sales calls anymore. This usually goes down in DMs, which is amazing. So efficient. And everything's recorded. Fantastic. The last piece to this that I will add and highly encourage you to do. I also always give a clear decision window. This is a boundary. This is, oh, I'm recording this on Wednesday. How does it feel for you to let me know your decision by end of business on Friday? Great, amazing. That way I have a boundary around it energetically for everyone involved. There's no just having it out there in the abyss, and then you're left wondering: did they get my DM? Did they get the invoice? Do I follow up? Whatever. There's a timeline now. So everyone's clear and mutually accountable. This is you empowered in your leadership because when your clients come to you and book you, they're looking to you to advise what path, what offer, what duration you recommend. You are in the leadership position from the jump, whether or not they book in with you. So assume that your clients don't know all the nitty-gritty, what's possible, whether they choose nine months, twelve months, eighteen months, whatever the package may be. You take the leadership position and make an informed recommendation with a deadline, all your power, full conviction, non-attachment, such deep desire to be in service to their desires, and then you keep it moving, and then you keep it moving. I trust that this gifts you a bit of a like leapfrog effect because I spent longer probably than necessary working this out for myself and getting to a place where it was really embodied. Whereas the sooner you can create that state for yourself and sell in that way, the sooner your business takes all the way off and that you have recurring revenue for the next 12 months and then some. Okay, that's some nitty-gritty specific logistics. Let's speak briefly to a bit of a deeper why. And this is an energetic piece. This is why I now sell multiple year-long offers. Because when I had been mentored for a year or more, I knew then the compounding effect. Not just this summer, not just fall, not just to get me through holiday season, but for the next year minimum. So when you live the compounding effect, the energetic expansion, you're embodying that that evolution is not short term. You have to get to live that first in order to invite your clients to commit at that level as well. So, all of this to say, here is a final teaching. Speaking to creating sustainable business and longevity on your terms. You get to create offers that reflect longevity and sustainability, not seasonal spikes. Sure, you can leverage, quote, seasonal spikes as a funnel and then absolutely be prepared to take your people deeper. Any of us who have ever done like a month of this or three months of that, and then it's over, and you're like, oh, I'm good, like, watch me go maintain it by myself. Sure, we do not want to co-create dependency. However, having been that client, you and I both can attest to the fact that we in that dynamic arguably would have gotten tens further had we held a greater commitment and stayed. So it's easy to start something, the challenge is to stay. I feel like that's another audio drop. So act surprised when I drop something at that level. Okay. When you are truly leading in this next era of healing and soul-led entrepreneurship, longevity is the norm. Short-term stuff becomes just avenues into long term. Your people want long term. However, they will only book a year plus if you explicitly invite them to that. You hold the standard for the sacred yes. You normalize a year. Oh, sure, we can work together in energetic recalibration or shamanic journeying, or, you know, insert your magic here. Sure, we can do that for three weeks or three months. However, I know for a fact that a year is where it's at. And I actually am going to recommend that you step into work with me for no less than 12 months. You normalize this for yourself, your clients, and your community. You sell with full body conviction, knowing having having stayed in spaces for a year plus plus. And you sell with zero attachment because you also know to keep it moving, because ultimately it's not about us. I find that wildly liberating. And I encourage you to consider the same. No matter your modality, there is no finish line. There is no finish line. You are not in a business, if you're here listening to this, that's set up such that when you complete three weeks, three months, six months, whatever with your clients that you are just done and everyone is capital C complete for good. No, this is the beauty of the work that we do. And so it only makes sense in my mind to honor the depth of the work that we do by creating depth and breadth of offers, opportunities, invitations to facilitate that. Otherwise, we actually risk doing our sacred work and clients and selves a profound disservice and create evidence, compounding in a direction that we actually do not want, that keeps us stuck, that has the same revenue month over month, that has the same story on repeat, that has, oh, I am consistently hitting a 20K ceiling, whatever it is, again and again. So there is only the next depth. And my strongest invitation to all of us is to create offers that honor the depth and breadth of the transformation that you facilitate. Because anything less is a disservice to everyone involved, including you, including your bottom line, including your clients, and including everyone that they touch, and certainly including the gifts that you have incarnated in this lifetime to Steward. So I could continue. Obviously, I am wildly passionate about this because having grown from selling one-offs at$150 an hour, driving all over a major city, to selling multiple year-long offers that are now my new norm that clients come to me for and do not blink. When we talk about renewing in 12-month increments, you are not just selling a year. You are selling what's possible because of a year. And you lead like it, you speak like it, you build and facilitate like it, and therein create an entirely new standard, caliber, expectation for your clients and yourself and your business.
