Welcome to Business Priestess Activation, audio drops for mystics in business where entrepreneurship is ritual, strategy is soulcraft, and expansion is inevitable. I'm Elizabeth Rowan, spiritual mentor, yogi, and business priestess. Here we don't do formulas, we do fire. These transmissions are potent activations to ignite your long-term strategy, self-leadership, energetic mastery and embodiment, and lasting legacy in the world. Because your sacred work isn't just business, it's business and being. Let's begin. This morning, the day after a long Memorial Day weekend here in the United States, I woke up to a Voxer that was so full of rich conversations with my clients, especially inside Fire of Transformation Mastermind, all of whom are knee deep in what we say is our being. And I am interested today in exploring this with you because I have observed over years of working with powerhouse spiritual entrepreneur women that there is a tipping point of being in your being, not turning into very subtle bypassing. So today, inside this drop, I am exploring with you the trap of overcorrecting into invisibility. So when I am in the Voxer chats catching up, I am hearing women talk about everything from being a single parent to moving out west to navigating aging parents. Someone has been traveling for her business just nonstop and falling in love and on and on and on. Full spectrum being. Absolutely. This is what we do. I have made a crux of my work in recent years, specifically inside my signature offer, the Fire of Transformation Mastermind, a mastermind of business and being, integration of all of this. We love the phrase be in your being. And let's be so honest, today, and we have all been here. Some of you use it as a permission slip to disappear. So today in this drop, we are naming the very stealthy self-sabotage that can happen subconsciously when you are quote so in your being. All right. When you're in your being, it's not all suffer fest. This oftentimes is your magnetic power of being vibrantly alive and turned on by life. Your most magnetic energy comes when you are acutely in your being. If you have ever observed someone in their element, in their true genius, fully locked in, only currently, consciously, so present. This is that full sense of being and being alive. All the while, however, your business still needs you to be seen. And I have seen this again and again over years of my work, where women find this point in being and unplug, collapse, convince themselves they no longer need to be held when actually in those moments. That's usually what we need more than anything else. When you are fully in your being, vibrantly alive, this has nothing to do with good vibes only, or feeling all fantastic at all hours of the day. There's so much nuance here, and this is not bypassing. When you are fully, vibrantly alive in your being, you are more potent because you are nourished and regulated and resourced and here for it, whatever it is. And the blessing and the curse is that the work doesn't disappear just when you're feeling good. We don't abandon business because we're reconnected to our life. Rather, the living deeply portion fuels every ounce of your work, certainly the vibration, the messaging, the marketing, but you still are the one that has to deliver the message. So I see this in an over-correction that actually smacks of self-abandonment. And I'm curious to explore this with you all today because some of you here be in your being and over-correct, like you might ghost your content creation, posting, marketing, or your entire business. You call it embodiment. You pull out of your coaching, your mentorship, whatever support you had previously created for yourself. And let's be really clear: this is not embodying your being. This is actually overcorrecting all the way now into escape. And that's the rub. And again, everybody has been here. And the powerhouse entrepreneurs who are here listening to this already know that you're sabotaging what you say you're calling in. And so you actually have chosen a double down on the contrary. So you catching that course corrects into going all in even deeper. And we'll talk about that more in a moment. But for this piece, you remain in relationship with your business all the while, being maybe all over the place, vibrantly alive, life at level 10. And you don't disappear just because you're no longer forcing business. So whether, like some of the examples I mentioned from just today alone inside our Voxer chats, we have people parenting, literally moving, metaphorically moving through initiation, launching while grieving, while traveling, while holding down another company, and so on and so on. They are so deep in their lives. The differentiator that I swear can make or break your entire business foundation is that these entrepreneurs do not disconnect or unplug when life gets full. They double down deeper. Together in our work, together, we build out the systems, the messaging, the strategy, the structure, the mentorship designed to hold them in their being without letting the business slide. That right there is key because as you have noticed, which of course you have, life doesn't freaking let up. So the invitationslash responsibility is yes, building out your business to hold you in your being all the while, and then doubling down on how you are being held while that happens. There's a 2.0. We're about to get into that. In a nutshell, the being piece and the visibility piece are not opposite. They're like this ever-flowing infinity loop compounding each other. So if you're in your being and you decide, oh, I need to unplug and pull everything back and slow down and coast, you're about to compound the heck out of some coast versus being in this infinity loop of vibrant life while maintaining the plug-in to your coaching, to your mentorship, to your long-term strategy, self-leadership, energetic mastery, legacy work as this ever collectively compounding loop. Feel into the differences of those. Compounding coast energy versus beautifully compounding everything that I just rattled off while being further compounded by the fellow women holding you in circle. So this brings us to a point that I love to talk about, and that is again integration, but specific to being in receivership and witness in mentorship, and how that piece is actually not a disruption, but deeply additive. So there's a business maturity piece I see where you start to realize that mentorship is not extractive energetically, it's not a distraction for you, but it is so deeply additive, you wouldn't dream of pulling out of mentorship or your business or your being. Because you know that the whole point of being in a coaching container, of being in mentorship, of being held in circle isn't to pull you out of being, but rather for you to fully integrate that full alive beingness more into your business. Staying plugged in keeps you tethered, anchored to your vision while honoring the full spectrum being experience. Most women do not need to retreat from support, but rather you need to stay held while you deepen further. So feel again into this nearly as that like infinity loop like gestational period where there's the I'm going to unplug, slow down, contract, coast frequency versus being in mentorship, coaching circle that actually fortifies your being, ensures that you are not abandoned when things get big, rich, heavy, complex, and full. Again, feel into the difference of that. You can even hear that in my voice. Very different decision-making capability in the moment there, and astoundingly different when you let either of those options play out over the next month, six months before you know it, twelve months has gone by again, and so on. So when we work together, these are not clients, women, you are not a spiritual business owner who disappears into quote unquote embodiment, calling it being, and forgets that you have sacred work in the world. You are here because you let your being amplify your business and your business amplify and anchor your being. When I tell you that we show up so fully as we are in the moment on the journey of the freaking full spectrum being, this is not the polished perfection performative mask vibe. This is you stripped raw, holding it down in being and business while we hold you. And in turn, you hold all of us in this again, gorgeous feedback loop. This is the intersection point of your joy and your job and how they get to become one. This is why we build momentum that doesn't dissolve every time there's yet another life thing on the docket, which, as you may have noticed, there is always another life thing on the docket. So if you have been convincing yourself, like so many of us have done in the past, that being in your being means checking out or hiding or avoiding or unplugging from the very things you say you desire, allow me to lovingly call you forward into telling yourself the truth. This is not about what you need to do, but rather what you need to be held in, which is a greater tolerance for that full spectrum and a tolerance for being held therein. You're not too deep in life, in being for expansion. You're actually ripe for the kind of collective mentorship that celebrates and holds your being while expanding your business, and holds and celebrates your business while expanding your being.
