The In-Between Holds Everything, But Can You Hold the In-Between?

Today's audio drop is for everyone who has or will or is acutely navigating the in-between, the void, the fertile darkness, the unknown. And I love to say the in-between holds everything, but can you hold the in-between? So I want to share some personal stories around this. This is a pretty spontaneous riff for you today around how I got to where I am here in 2025 and the complete surprises that paved the path. Because I have yet to meet or work with a single client who is not at any given moment acutely navigating being full spectrum life, human experience in the world, alongside of holding and expanding your spiritual business. So if you're listening to this while in a season of pivot or pause, collapse, contraction, however it may manifest, this is for you. So what's the in between? Generally, it's the space where the old version of you is unraveling and the new version has not fully arrived, landed, or integrated for you yet. And yet is the operative word. This space feels like dying because it is. If you're here, you're a mystic and a yogi, well versed in samsara, the cycle of birth, life, death again, repeat. And as much as we can all know and love it, when the death cycle arrives for us, rarely is it met fully with open arms. That's another drop for another day. What I want to affirm for you here is the in between is not stuck, not off path, not confused, rather being initiated. And again, these are all cute, quaint sound bites when you're in it. I feel like if I listen to something like this with when I am in it, I'm like, great, just fast forward to the answer. I'm ready for the reveal, right? You are not alone. The magic is coming. It is, I guarantee, in your field. It is right there off screen, hovering all around you in the unseen realms. And the material 3D manifestation just has not arrived fully in the scene for you yet. Okay. I truly just in the last month or so had this realization that was this. 2022 for me was a massive collapse, death cycle year at my own hand. That's actually what led to, in part, the creation of my fire of transformation mastermind, my now six-figure annually signature mastermind for spiritual entrepreneurs and mystics in business. And I also realized last year, 2024, was a different kind of collapse and contraction that did happen outside of me. Same but very different from two years prior to that. Last year also took me to my knees. Now, interestingly enough, let's start with the 2022 piece. And I have spoken a lot about this process, but I had left a long-term relationship, moved out of the home that we had together, moved in with my sister in her house across the hall from my then two-year-old nephew. I was living out of a bag. And life was in at the moment shambles. I created the mastermind with nothing but a Zoom link and a payment button. I had like pillars in mind for what we were covering, but there was no sales page, there was no website, there was no team of guest experts, none of that existed, truly. My now signature six-figure a year offer started with a freaking Zoom link and a payment button. I will never forget because I spent a few months living with her. My view when I was on mastermind calls and client calls on Zoom because I was sitting on the floor with my laptop perched on a chair, like in the floor of her guest room. I had no office, no desk. That was the setup. And cut to present, I had a vision then that it could and I hoped it would become what the mastermind has and continues to reveal itself to be. And at that time, it was a vision and a Zoom link, period. So I share that anecdote again and again and again because I think it's so important to honor the process. And again, all of this is so much easier said than done, but the in between holds everything. And our initiation again and again is to increasingly cultivate capacity for ourselves to hold the in-between without dropping out, without disqualifying ourselves. Clients who I work with, I mean, we're all humans in this current realm and just wild point in history, are never not in full being state. We like at any given time in the Mastermind Voxer group chat, we have different channels for different things. At any given time, somebody is saying, wow, I am really in my being. Wow, I've been a lot, I've been doing a lot of being lately. And what they mean by that, and these are all real examples of just life portals and expansions that my clients have gone through while we are working together. And this is the power of doing sacred work in circle in long-term commitment. So these being moments include everything from leaving a long-term relationship, a divorce, a death, a literal death in the family, several of those, loss of a pet, coming out, big moves, building their own house, entering into new relationship, parenting, co-parenting, starting family therapy. The list goes on and on and on. And I speak to this because it can be very tempting to say, oh, I can't move my business forward. I can't commit in this way until life settles down a little bit. When is that? I don't know her. I have a current client who was booked into the mastermind for a year. She is a lobbyist for animal welfare. She also booked into the mastermind as she is creating a beautiful course on perimenopause and menopause for women out of two already published, one bestseller book. You can hear she's a renaissance woman. My clients tend to be. I mentioned this particular client because she booked in in advance of the legislative season, which is her busiest season of the entire year. She didn't say, let me wait until that's over, and then I will have all the time in the world. She said, I think this is just what I need when I am inundated in this work and in the animal welfare lobbying. And also moving forward on this course based on my books. I can't imagine doing that without the landing pad and really conscious holding that happens in circle of mentorship and mastermind. So all of that to say, what we're talking about today is the necessity of putting yourself in a position to stretch your capacity for the unknown. And it's interesting because as mystics, we all love the void. We all know and love, oh, the unknown, etc., the mystery. And again, when it's all up in your face, chances are that tone may shift a little bit and things can get scary. And the desire is let me get real still and shut down and like nobody move until the storm moves through. When my invitation for you is to step boldly forward and meet it like the priestess that you are. So, okay, I told you this is a riff. Stay with me. 2022, big year of collapse, left a toxic, karmic relationship, big transition, finding a new place to live, living with my sister's toddler, creating the mastermind out of nothing. Cut to last year. So 2024. And I was cruising along spring 2024 while also realizing I was outgrowing a lot of offers, a lot of ways of doing business, a lot of clients. I had been really leaning into doing weekly Facebook Lives in my group and really cultivating that as part of a funnel. I had a lot of pop-up offers, low-ticket masterclasses, this, that, and the other. And I started just getting generally bored with doing business in that way. And it was feeling, it was feeling like extractive and not generative, energetically speaking. Okay. So that was last spring. That's in my awareness. I was also on, I did this for about six weeks, routine market research calls with former clients. And if you did one of those with me, thank you so much because you were part of my launch pad and pivot. I got more clear than I ever have in now 14 years of doing business on who I am working with, who I want to work with, and who I am creating for. Period. And that alone was its own in-between and required me to really shake down former structure inside my business. And you're seeing the new of that being birthed currently this year still. That happened alongside of a massive personal life, straight up implosion in my immediate family. So I'm navigating that, navigating really like crumbling business as I had been doing it to date, clients as I had been working with to date at that time, kind of this level that I had capped myself at that, not surprising at all, had me making nearly the same amount of revenue as the year prior, like 2022 and 2023. And it was great. And it was not lost on me that it was almost the exact same amount because even though I had created the mastermind, I myself wasn't doing things differently inside, energetically, and so on. So here I have this whole family dynamic that's now got immediate family doing, family therapy, long overdue, took a lot of time, emotional energy, and output. And I'm in this pivot year of my business. So canceling offers, closing programs, letting clients go, holding the in-between, this family dynamic, ready to move physical spaces like move home, but had not yet found my new space. So interestingly, I see that truly that series of 24 months was utmost clearing out and certainly in between and absolutely pure potentiality for what has now arrived. Cut to present. All right. So I have been in total slingshot forward mode. And if you have worked with me, surely we have talked about because you have experienced the slingshot effect, which no one is spared from this. And I have learned to get excited when it arrives, but the seeming pullback that is absolutely prerequisite for slingshotting yourself forward. Some people talk about this in terms of like a quantum leap. I don't use that language so much. However, this is probably the same phenomenon. It is when the fog clears from the in between and you now actually arrive. You now actually arrive. What is holding you as you cross that threshold is devotion to your sacred work. And this is one of my favorite words that you can't see it yet. It's devotion, it's ritual, it's community holding you accountable to your vision. What I don't want and what I discourage with myself and my client work is accountability to my current reality. I don't need that. I am adept at maintaining. You are so skilled at like holding the line on your current situation, client load, offers, energy, outcome, revenue, income. The last thing we need is more accountability to the same old, same old when I am literally in the business of your expansion. And that is what you have incarnated here for. So the expanding capacity is par for the course. And what an amazing gift. What an amazing gift to be cultivating. Often we don't even know this is happening, but cultivating this when acutely in the void, when it looks like, and I'm doing air quotes, when it looks like nothing is happening, nothing's happening, or this is my favorite, it's not working. Right. Exactly. Let's leverage that in the slingshot effect. My clients learn to sit in that stretch and still move with intention to make legacy decisions. That's a whole also audio drop. They learn to sit in the in-between and move with intention to make legacy decisions via self-leadership. Legacy decisions are different than something that feels aligned right now because what's aligned right now is to your current reality. And we are interested in the legacy vision, which requires a different decision than what feels aligned today. Okay. All of this to say, I could go on. We get to normalize the in-between as an utmost power place because this is where your legacy vision lives and is calling forth future you to come online and shepherd that into reality. So the phenomenon that is based in physics, that today's reality is the result of past decisions, great. So we start today making legacy decisions for the tomorrow, the next month, the next year, the next pivot, the next slingshot forward effect that you desire. You are not off path. You are in the exact spot where expansion begins. And most people try to bypass this part because it is rarely fun. It is rarely fun. And the longer you're in this game, the more like literally hop for transformation you get when the in-between the collapse, the contraction starts to beckon and strengthen that muscle to hold all protest and squirm. And I'm going to unplug, I'm going to stop investing. I'm going to coach hop. I'm going to create some pop-up random out-of-nowhere offer that is not it for my legacy vision. Rather, you hold the line in that sovereign space, meeting power with power to harness the fertile void and the in between. On the other side is your pivot. On the other side is the vision that you are daring to call forth and live so much bigger, deeper, wider than today. I say this now, having navigated my own 2022 collapse. That was self-induced. It was an initiation. My own 2024 that absolutely came externally and was critical for soul and business evolution. Cut to present, I have just now taken my fire of transformation mastermind that started as six months live launch model to a year-long evergreen mastermind. It is comprehensive. It is for clients who, like you, like me, move in the way that I have been talking to. I am not interested in repeating today. Ad nauseum. Groundhog day, no thank you. Hold each other in co-creation for tomorrow, next month, next year. This is what we do inside of all of my work.
