I'm Elizabeth Rowan, spiritual mentor, yogi, and business priestess. Here we don't do formulas, we do fire. Because your sacred work isn't just business, it's business and being. Let's begin. Here is a truth that does not get said nearly enough. Healers have the steadiest job security that I know. Healers have the steadiest job security that I know, especially in times of collapse, especially in seasons of uncertainty, especially when the world is collectively holding its breath. When institutions fail, systems fracture, and people feel unmoored, they don't turn to marketers, they don't turn to trends, they turn to the ones who can hold them. The ones who can see, the ones who remember, and that's you. You, the mystic, the healer, the medicine keeper, the soul-led spaceholder. You have never been more needed. But here's the dissonance I see in so many women. You're doing sacred work, but you're treating it like a side gig. You're doing stabilizing work for others, but your business doesn't yet stabilize you. And that is the shift we make inside of my work, my business. Because it's not enough to just have sacred work. You have to get to, I love saying that, you have to get to be held in a business structure that honors it, that sustains you while you sustain others so that you can keep sustaining others, that supports your nervous system, your vision, your needs and desires, your income and your expansion. You're not here to burn out trying to prove your worth. You're here to build something that lasts. And your clients can feel that. Clients seeking mystics, healers, feelers, medicine keepers, they don't buy the algorithm. They tune into the frequency of you, your energy, your stability, your expansion. And let's name this clearly. Being self-employed doesn't mean unstable. It means sovereign. I have a whole separate audio drop speaking to that phenomenon. It means you're not waiting to be chosen. You're not waiting for a promotion. You're not at someone's like whim. You create out of thin air. You conjure, you cast the next move. You're never not in co-creative state. You don't need job security handed to you because you hold the power to generate it for yourself. And this is what makes being a healer in business so wildly potent. You create containers that hold transformation and you can create them again and again and again. I recorded an audio drop saying that I had lost a huge client several months ago. And one of the many lessons I spoke to therein was the fact that I, nor you, have never not gotten another client or class or collaboration or opportunity. You can create this transformation again and again and again. That's not risky. That's resourced. Let that land. That is not risk. That's resourced. And when you're held in the right space with the right support, your business becomes the most stable thing in your life. Not the least stable, the most stable, your actual anchor. Not because it's perfect, but because it's yours and it's an extension of you built to hold you. So no, you're not behind. You're not unstable. You're just not being supported at the level that you actually need. And I want to say this clearly, especially with everything moving in the world right now, to the yoga teachers, to my fellow spiritual business owners, to the mystics, guides, facilitators of transformation, people need your work now more than ever. I saw this with 2020. I had, like probably most all of us, a huge business drop in 2020. And as things kind of unfolded over the next couple months following like the start of the pandemic and shutdown, my business started booming because people were realizing in real time what they value. And that was, or at the very least, adjacent to their spiritual practice, their yoga practice, their spiritual business that allowed them to further everyone else's spiritual practices and yoga practices. People need your work now more than ever. And that is not going to slow down. This is only going to increase in the months and years to come. Just last week, I had two people book in for a year of private yoga. Someone else a full year booking into my spiritual business mastermind, Fire of Transformation. Also last week. Weeks are like this around here. It's amazing. Also, last week, I led a public ritual, collaborative event, an evening of ceremony and sound and what we called soft resistance at a sliding scale price point. And these all filled because people are seeking the real thing right now: the depth, the grounding, the reverence, the connectivity, relief, truth. Not an opt-out, but very much an opt-in. They are not looking for influencers. Your people are looking for initiators. So the invitation for you becomes this. You have to get to amplify your work so that people can find you in the what I've taken to calling chaos cacophony out there. You position your work as the resource that it is, a place of profound refuge, resourcing, reclamation. And you also take your own medicine that you too are actually resourced to continue sharing it for the long haul. Not at your peril, but in your power. All of this, not with perfection, no thank you to that, but with conscious, intentional presence, as best being a human allows. Don't sleep on yourself. Don't sleep on the incredible impact of what you offer. Your sacred work deserves sacred structure to continue to facilitate it and share it with the world.
