This audio drop is a truth that doesn't get named often, especially not in the spiritual entrepreneurship world, where self-leadership is tossed about and treated like a gold star. So let's go there. Let's talk about the shadow side of self-leadership. Because while I believe in sovereignty and personal power in radical responsibility, I've also seen how easy it is to use, quote, I trust myself as a spiritual bypass, to wear self-leadership like armor, to isolate sometimes in the name of empowerment, to claim you don't need support when what you really don't want is to be fully seen. And I say this as someone who has woven self-leadership into my fire of transformation mastermind as one of our four pillars. So I hold this metric and value very dear. Let me be clear: real self-leadership doesn't mean doing it all alone. It doesn't mean refusing support because you think you should know better, quote, by now, or that you, quote, should be able to do it all by yourself by now. It doesn't mean hiding behind the mask of I've got this when your business or your soul is asking for deeper reflection. Sometimes self-leadership is a shield for fear of receiving a visibility of what will happen when someone reflects your brilliance back to you. But sovereignty doesn't mean seclusion, right? It means choosing intentionally curating even who gets to walk beside you. It means knowing when you've reached the edge of your own mirror capacity. And when it's time to step into a space that actually amplifies and expands you beyond that edge while you're fully held. Here's the truth: most of the women who resist high-level support in the name of self-leadership are ones who often need it most. I have seen this happen time and again. Because they're right on the edge of expansion and scared to be seen mid-leap. I'm gonna try to repeat that feeling too. If this has been you, if this is currently you. Even priestesses need priestesses. I love this phenomenon. And I think about it like we're all nesting dolls. Because even and especially, leaders need to be held. Even the most self-led among us deserve a space where our leadership is amplified, not questioned, nothing to fix, not doubted, but seen and celebrated and sharpened and expanded even further.
