Today I am sharing some BTS as to why I am shifting my mastermind from a six-month live launch model to a year-long mastermind in an evergreen model. This is not just a strategic decision, it's an energetic shift. This is a reflection of how my clients actually move through transformation. So let's start with the evolution of why six months was never enough. When I created Fire of Transformation Mastermind, it was a six-month mastermind. This is what I noticed. Nearly all of my clients stayed beyond the six-month mark. Clients who came in for six months weren't actually done. They were just getting started. I want to say that again. Six months of mentorship or coaching, an activation. A year, now you're embodying and integrated. This mastermind is not just about short-term sprints. It's for the woman who isn't here for just another program. It's for the woman who moves with devotion, legacy, and longevity. It's for the woman who doesn't just want to build, she wants to build something to last. This is real transformation. And I've seen it again and again. It does not happen on a six-month timeline. Okay. Why evergreen? Because expansion doesn't wait on your launch cycle. I don't want the women who belong in this room waiting for an open door two months from now, three, four, five, six months from now. Because when you know it's time to step in, you step in. And they're a skill set every entrepreneur should have because basically, in order to break the rules, first you have to learn the rules. But for this particular work of fire transformation, for the deep expansive evolution we're facilitating inside, Evergreen is the only model that truly honors the work that we're doing here. Let's talk about the power of long-term commitment. If my work is about legacy, mastery, embodiment, and long-term strategy, why would I create urgency for a short-term commitment?
