I'm Elizabeth Rowan, spiritual mentor, yogi, and business priestess. Here we don't do formulas, we do fire. Because your sacred work isn't just business, it's business and being. Let's begin. I am dropping in quickly to share a BTS moment from a recent conversation with a fellow spiritual business owner. This is about abundance, money mindset, and holding your business as a business. So I arrived at this meeting and very quickly we knew exactly what we were talking about, why we're meeting. And this other business owner says, Okay, but I'm going to need this to make me money. And I was like, obviously, and same. Immediately I thought, what is the abundant option or opportunity here? And she goes, Oh my gosh, I'm so glad you weren't offended. And I was like, offended? We're doing business. We're doing business. This is the mindset, the collaborative lens that I am so deeply committed to. What is the abundant option? So let's talk about the abundant option versus scarcity thinking. I was in a one-on-one with one of my fire of transformation clients in the last week, and I love the story so much. Years ago, I was I was sharing the story with my client. Years ago, a good friend of mine was living in San Francisco with a guy. It was particularly expensive for housing and they were looking to move. And the guy says, Well, what can we cut out? And my friend, who is another spiritual business owner, was like, uh, no, miss me with that. What can I create? What is the abundant option? Again and again and again. So as far as money moves and casting spells for abundance, take a listen. I just on Friday of last week aligned with a full moon, made payments to an attorney, a copywriter, and an OBM and set it all to be due on purpose, full moon alignment. I have never made a payment and I have never received a payment without casting it as a whole spell for myself, for the sender or the recipient, whether or not I'm paying or being paid, and for all of our collective clients in abundance, because we have to get to dance in the field of what is the abundant option every single time in business, in relationships, in your entire life. Dating, what's the abundant option? Friendships, what's the abundant option? Neighbors, community, and so on. What's the abundant option? As your primary default, especially if historically your default was scarcity, hesitation, fear, self-sabotage. You get to rewire your relationship with abundance such that what is the abundant option is the only option, and your really frequency felt embodied mantra. So on the frequency of abundance, it feels so clean, so crystalline. It's not cloudy, murky, muddy, there's no sticky distortion or residue, just forward-moving, open, expansive abundance. Sidebar to me making these payments to everybody at the end of last week. Everyone I was prepared to pay is a fellow women, woman, business owner. I cannot throw my money fast enough at fellow women in business, just like you. Because we keep it moving, because we circulate it, we expand it, we mutually amplify in this just incredible, infinite loop of abundance. And because everyone who pays me and everyone who I pay anchors in fully embodies what is the abundant option. So the next time you have a fork in the road, a decision to make, a power move in the making, in business, in life, in any realm of your sacred work and being, first tap into what is the abundant option.
